Yield – 500-550 g

Ingredients:

Frozen kefir on cheesecloth
  • kefir 2.5-3.2% – 2 liters
  • salt, spices, garlic – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Put the kefir in the freezer until it is completely frozen.
