1. Classic homemade condensed milk
Ingredients:
- fatty milk - 5 tbsp.
- sugar - 2.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Pour the milk into an enamel bowl with a thickened bottom, and put it on a small fire.
- Add sugar, be sure to stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Then cook over low heat until the mixture thickens – 2-3 hours.
2. Homemade condensed milk in a slow cooker
Ingredients:
- milk - 2 tbsp.
- whole milk powder - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- To begin with, take a deep saucepan, put it on medium heat, pour in the milk, and add the milk powder and sugar. Stir until smooth.
- Then pour the mixture into the multicooker bowl and cook in the "Soup" mode for about 30 minutes.
- After the mixture boils, switch to the Baking mode for 20 minutes.
Leave the finished condensed milk to cool, and then you can safely use it.
