Ingredients for the dough:
- warm milk - 300 ml
- flour - 500-600 g
- yeast - 1 tsp
- sugar - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- butter - 80 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- salt - a pinch
For the cream:
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- butter - 60 g
- powdered sugar - 100 g
Topping: ⠀
- cinnamon - 30-40 g
- chocolate chips - 50 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Mix warm milk with sugar and yeast and leave for 30 minutes.
- Next, beat the eggs, sugar and butter.
- Then mix the dough and the egg mixture and add flour in several stages. Knead the dough well and leave it in a warm place for an hour to rise.
- Roll out the dough well, brush it with butter and sprinkle it with cinnamon mixture.
- Then roll up and cut it into several pieces to make buns.
- Bake at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.
- Take out the finished buns and grease them well with cream. You can also add nuts.
