How to make chops mega-juicy and delicious at the same time: an easy trick
When cooking chops, it's important to know how to make them crispy, tender and juicy. To do this, it's not enough to just pound the meat well, it's also important to use some secret techniques.
For example, a food blogger with the nickname nisenitnitsia shared one of them on TikTok. She told us what life hack she uses to make her chops mega-juicy.
Ingredients.
- Pork chop - 800 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - ½ tsp
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Mineral water - 300 ml
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Flour - 100 gr
- Oil - for frying
Method of preparation
1. Cut the pork into 2 cm thick slices, pound well on both sides.
2. Squeeze the garlic into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and pour in the mineral water.
3. Put the chops in the fridge and marinate for an hour.
4. Roll each piece in flour and then in egg and fry on both sides until golden brown.
