Scrambled eggs and avocado toast are delicious, of course, but cheesecakes are beyond competition. They are the most favorite breakfast. Many people follow a healthy diet and limit their sugar intake. Therefore, the classic cheesecakes recipe is not very suitable for such people. But even in this situation, there is a way out.
Nutritionist Anastasiia Bielous shared a recipe for cheesecakes without flour and sugar. It was posted on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 150-170 g (preferably choose drier)
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Banana – 1\2 pieces
- Coconut flakes – 1 tsp.
- Lemon zest – 1\2 tsp.
- Cinnamon
Method of preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Leave for 15 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Moisten your hands with water and put the cheesecakes with a spoon on a well-heated frying pan.
- Fry over medium heat under a lid. If necessary, add a few drops of water to create steam.
Allow the cheesecakes to stand and cool slightly before serving to help them hold their shape. Serve with chopped berries.
