How to make bryndza at home: you need only 4 ingredients
Brynza is a very delicate, salty cheese that can be added to salads, baked goods, or simply eaten as a snack. And if you still buy this product in the store, you can now make it at home. The technology is extremely simple as you only need 4 ingredients.

Ingredients:
- homemade milk
- 9% vinegar - 6 tbsp
- water - 6 tbsp
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. If the milk is fat, skim the cream first. You can add it to your coffee later.
2. Bring the milk to a boil, cool and remove the cream.
3. Bring the milk almost to a boil again.
4. Add vinegar and water and stir.
5. Drain the whey and put the mass in a colander.
6. Put a flat plate and a weight on top and leave for about 20 minutes.
7. Add salt to the whey and leave the cheese there for 5 hours.
8. You can store it in liquid or just in a bag.
