1. Oatmeal with peanut butter and raspberry jam

  • milk – 2 cups
  • oatmeal – 1 cup
  • peanut butter – 3 tbsp
  • raspberry jam – 3 tbsp
  • peanuts – 30-40 g
  • raspberries – 100 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat the milk well and pour in the oatmeal, add the jam, paste, and mix well.
  2. Cook over low heat and stir well so that nothing burns.
  3. Add the raspberries and peanuts to the finished porridge.

2. Sandwich with scrambled eggs and bacon


  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • 1 piece of bread
  • 2 slices of ham or bacon
  • greens, salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Fry the eggs, and add salt. Put the ham or bacon on the bread first, and the eggs on top. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, can be eaten with any vegetables.

3. Pita bread rolls with cheese

Any cheese can be used


  • pita bread – 1 pc
  • hard cheese – 300 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the pita bread into strips the width of a slice of cheese. Divide the cheese into several slices and put each on a strip of pita bread, then wrap it in a roll. You can also add greens and tomatoes to the cheese.
  2. Beat eggs with salt and pepper well. Dip the rolls in this mixture and place them in a dry, hot frying pan.
  3. Fry well over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
