How to make avocado mayonnaise: a healthy alternative to usual sauce
This mayonnaise will definitely not harm your figure and will even be good for your body because it is made with avocado. Ingredients:
- ripe avocado - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 pc.
- olive oil - 100 ml
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup - 1 tsp.
- sprigs of dill - 3 pcs.
- salt, pepper - to taste

1. Cut the avocado and remove the pit.
