How to make avocado mayonnaise: a healthy alternative to usual sauce
This mayonnaise will definitely not harm your figure and will even be good for your body because it is made with avocado. This fruit has a rather neutral flavor on its own, but when combined with other ingredients, the product reveals its spicy notes. The texture is dense and soft enough to be well suited for whipping. This mayonnaise goes perfectly with salads, pasta or simply with bread as a spread.

Ingredients:
- ripe avocado - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 pc.
- olive oil - 100 ml
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup - 1 tsp.
- sprigs of dill - 3 pcs.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the avocado and remove the pit.
2. Use a spoon to remove the flesh.
3. Transfer to the blender bowl.
4. Add the remaining ingredients.
5. Beat well.
