Ingredients:

- sugar - 1 kg
- cinnamon - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Wash the apples well, cut them into slices, and be sure to remove the cores.
- Put them in a saucepan, cover with sugar, add cinnamon, and mix.
- Leave them overnight to let the fruit juice out.
- Then put them on low heat, bring to a boil, and then cook for another 15 minutes until the apples are cooked through.
- Pour the finished hot jam into jars, preserve it, and be sure to turn it upside down.
