Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko has shared on his website 2 recipes for delicious, safe homemade mayonnaise that you can prepare in minutes.
1. Whole egg mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- egg – 2 pcs
- mustard – 1 tbsp
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- sunflower oil – 100-150 ml
- black pepper – a pinch
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Crack the eggs into a blender bowl or simply into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, black pepper, and mustard.
2. Pour in the oil and mix with an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Pour the lemon juice into the prepared mixture and mix.
2. Mayonnaise with garlic
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs
- mustard – 1 tbsp
- salt and black pepper – a pinch each
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- sunflower oil – 100-150 ml
- garlic – 2 cloves
- oil for frying garlic – 20-40 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with salt, add pepper and mustard, beat again.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. Heat a frying pan with 20-40 ml of oil and fry the garlic until golden brown.
4. Then add it to the egg mixture.
5. Pour 100-150 ml of oil into a bowl and mix with an immersion blender until smooth.
6. Add lemon juice to the finished sauce and mix again.
