How to make an omelet without a frying pan: the chef has revealed all the secrets
An omelet in the oven is an easy-to-cook but delicious breakfast dish. It will not leave anyone indifferent, because it has a rich taste, aroma, and an interesting appearance.
Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared on Instagram how to cook an omelet in the oven. He claims that the dish will be fluffy, porous, and juicy.
Ingredients
- Eggs - 5 pcs
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Spinach - 50 gr
- Pesto - 50 gr
- Cherry - 60 gr
- Olives - 50 gr
- Cheese in brine - 50 g
Method of preparation
1. Cover the form with parchment.
2. Add the spinach and beat the eggs.
3. Add the pesto, cherry tomatoes, olives and mix.
4. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°.
