Another advantage of this dish is that you can wrap a wide variety of fillings in a pancake: from cheese and greens to jam and fruit.

Ingredients:
For the pancake:
- Oatmeal - 50 g
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Water - 50-60 ml
For the filling:
- Banana - 60 g
- Cottage cheese - 40 g
- Chocolate - 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Using a blender, grind the oatmeal to a state of crumbs.
2. Combine the mixture with the egg and hot water. This is necessary to make the oatmeal swell faster.
3. Pour the batter into a hot frying pan.
4. Put the filling on one half of the pancake. When it is fried and the filling is melted, cover with the other half of the pancake.
