How to make a successful chocolate brownie at home: a recipe from Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi

If you want to make a delicious brownie at home, you can easily prepare a chocolate tea treat at home. You just need to make a good dough from two types of chocolate and bake it properly.

Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious homemade curse with nuts and white chocolate, which takes only 15 minutes to prepare.

• dark chocolate – 200 g

• butter – 200 g
• brown sugar – 170 g
• sea salt – 5

• eggs – 3 pcs
• flour – 70 g
• cocoa powder – 35

• white chocolate – 100 g
• toasted nuts – 100-150 g

Method of preparation:

1. Break the dark chocolate into pieces, add the butter, and melt in a water bath until the butter dissolves, stir with a spatula or whisk to make the mixture smooth.

2. Just mix the eggs with the sugar, do not beat, you just need to dissolve the sugar, add this mixture to the chocolate, and mix.

3. Add the flour and cocoa sifted through a sieve to the bowl with the mixture and mix again.

4. Chop the nuts and white chocolate, add everything to this mixture, and mix.

5. Add salt, put the dough into a baking dish, and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200°C.

6. Let the brownies cool and slice, serve with berries, ice cream or just whipped cream.
