How to make a successful cheesecake in the microwave in 90 seconds: the easiest recipe
One of the most delicious desserts is cheesecake, which is based on cookies and cream cheese. To make the cake not too sweet, you can dilute its flavor with berries or citrus zest in the summer.
Chef Halyna Artemenko shared a recipe for a delicious cheesecake on Instagram that you can make in the microwave in just 90 seconds.
Ingredients:
- shortbread cookies – 5-6 pcs
- butter – 2 tbsp
- cream cheese – 160 g
- sour cream – 160 g
- powdered sugar – 40 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- egg yolk – 1 pc
- zest of 1 lime
Method of preparation:
1. Open the cookies and mix them with melted butter.
2. Distribute the crumbs in 2 molds (about 250 ml). Tamp it down a little.
3. Mix the cream cheese with sour cream, powdered sugar, egg, and lime zest and beat the mixture in a blender until smooth.
4. Pour the curd mixture onto the cookie crust and tap the mold several times on the table to release any excess air bubbles.
5. Put the cheesecake in the microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
6. Then put the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours.
