Cook an omelet in butter to make it tender and delicious! It's also very important to beat it with a spatula properly.
Ingredients:
- butter - 30 g
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g
- eggs - 2-3 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs.
2. Heat a frying pan well, melt a piece of butter and pour in the beaten eggs.
3. As soon as the omelet starts to set, immediately gather it around the edges to the center with a spatula to make it soft and whole.
4. Grate the Parmesan cheese.
5. Put the cooked omelet on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
The dish will be very tasty and flavorful, and this omelet will go well with vegetables, herbs, cheese and red fish!
