Ingredients:
- thin pita bread – 2 pcs
- boiled potatoes – 6-7 pcs
- Suluguni cheese – 200 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- sour cream – 200 g
- green onions – 1 bunch
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Mash or grate the potatoes on a medium grater. Also, grate the suluguni cheese. Chop the onion.
2. Mix the potatoes, 150 g of cheese (set aside 50 g to sprinkle on the pie), eggs, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
3. Cut the pita bread into two parts – a total of 4 pieces should be obtained.
