If you want to prepare a healthy, tasty, light meal for dinner or lunch, choose vegetables, such as cauliflower, which goes well with almost all foods. It is very important to wash the cauliflower well beforehand and boil it for 10-15 minutes in salt water before frying, no more is needed, otherwise it will become too soft.
Cook Evgeniya Karpiuk shared a recipe for delicious cauliflower with sauce on Instagram, which will be the perfect dish for dinner.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage
Sauce:
- curry spice
- olive oil
- dry garlic
Or
- salt, pepper or curry paste
- olive oil
Sauce for serving:
- tahini - 2 tbsp.
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- salt, pepper
- water
- truffle oil
- pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
- herbs
- paprika, chili
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cabbage, divide into florets.
2. Mix everything for the first sauce.
3. Brush one part of the cabbage with one sauce, the other part with the other, put it on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 C.
4. Put the tahini in a blender, add the garlic, lemon juice, spices, oil, water, and blend until smooth.
Put the sauce in a bowl, top with the cooked cabbage, sprinkle with seeds and add herbs!
