1. Cheese dough for kefir pies
Ingredients:
- Kefir – 1 cup
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Soda – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Pour the kefir into a bowl, add sugar, salt, and mix so that they are completely dissolved.
- Sift the flour twice, so it is saturated with oxygen, add to the kefir along with baking soda, and mix gently.
- Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the dough, mix well, and let the dough rest.
2. Curd dough with milk and oil
- Flour – 1.5-2 cups
- Milk – 0.5 cups
- Egg – 1 pc
- Cheese – 50-100 g
- Oil – 1 tbsp
How to prepare:
- Heat the milk, add the egg, salt, and mix thoroughly.
- Grate the cheese, sift the flour, add to the milk-egg mixture along with the oil, and mix well with your hands.
- Form a ball of dough and leave it for 20-30 minutes, then start cooking.
