Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 5 pcs
  • Milk/cream – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Add salt and milk or cream to the yolks. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until thick foam.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan well. Put the yolks in an even layer and the whites on top. Fry for about 7 minutes.
  4. When serving, cut the omelet in half and cover the other part with one part.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 450 ml (8 pcs.)
  • Milk – 450 ml
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  2. Add salt to the milk to taste.
  3. Mix the eggs until smooth. Add them to the milk. Stir and pour into the mold.
  4. Place the omelet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes.
