Ingredients:
- Eggs – 5 pcs
- Milk/cream – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Add salt and milk or cream to the yolks. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until thick foam.
- Meanwhile, heat a frying pan well. Put the yolks in an even layer and the whites on top. Fry for about 7 minutes.
- When serving, cut the omelet in half and cover the other part with one part.
Omelet from Olha Matvii
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 450 ml (8 pcs.)
- Milk – 450 ml
- Salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
- Add salt to the milk to taste.
- Mix the eggs until smooth. Add them to the milk. Stir and pour into the mold.
- Place the omelet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes.
