How to make a fluffy apple charlotte without baking powder and baking soda: an important point

It's a versatile and simple pastry that will never get boring and will come in handy. But even charlotte is important to be able to cook properly so that it does not fall and turns out to be very loose.

Chef Olena Yermolenko shared the secret of making fluffy charlotte without baking soda and baking powder. It was posted on Instagram.

According to the expert, the whole secret of apple charlotte is in properly beaten eggs.

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 3 pcs large + 4 pcs small
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 1\2 tbsp
  • Flour - 1\2 tbsp
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Cinnamon

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and chop the apples.

2. Put butter and sugar in a frying pan. Wait until the sugar melts.

3. Put the apples on the cinnamon. Stew for 5 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, separate the whites from the yolks.

5. Whisk the whites until stiff and add the yolks one by one, while continuing to whisk.

6. Add sugar and 1 tbsp of flour in three parts.

7. Grease a baking dish with oil.

8. Put the apples in a slide. Pour the dough into the center. It is important that the whipped whites and dough do not stand for a long time.

9. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
