How to make a delicious dessert from carrots: something reminiscent of oriental sweets

Ingredients:
- carrots - 500 g
- sugar - 200 g
- walnuts - 80-100 g
- water - 200 ml
- vanilla sugar
- coconut flakes

Method of preparation:
1. First, caramelize the carrots. To do this, grate it on a fine grater and put it in a saucepan.
2. Add sugar and 1\2 cups of water. Put on the fire and stirring constantly, bring the liquid to a complete boil.

3. Add another 1\2 cups of water and bring to a full boil again.
4. Put coconut flakes on the cling film, then carrots, and chopped nuts. Wrap in a roll and put in the refrigerator to stabilize.
