How to cook delicious Taten tart with pears
If you've been wanting to make the popular and delicious autumn tart, Taten tart, for a long time, now is the time to do it. After all, right now – in the fall – even the latest pear varieties are fully ripe and can be used to make various delicious desserts.
Culinary expert and MasterChef judge Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for the most delicious pear-based tart, Taten tart, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Pear - 2-3 pieces
- Brown sugar - 200 g
- Puff pastry - 1 layer
Method of preparation:
- Peel and cut the pear into slices.
- Pour 200 g of brown sugar into a cold metal frying pan and melt until caramelized.
- Then add the pears and simmer until thick.
- Transfer the finished fruit to the mold.
- Cut out a round piece of dough and cover the pears with it, making sure to fold the edges of the dough.
- Then put the dessert in a preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
- When the time is up, take the cake out of the oven and cover it with a flat plate, then turn it over.
The best way to serve a delicious dessert is with ice cream.
