Food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv) shared a recipe for an omelet with spinach and cottage cheese on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- spinach leaves – 15 pcs
- eggs – 4 pcs
- Parmesan cheese – 15 g
- cottage cheese – 1 tbsp
- seasoning "Hops Suneli"
- oil for frying (Ghee in the recipe)
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to sauté the spinach with Ghee oil. It takes about 3-4 minutes.
2. Then add the eggs to the spinach (no need to beat them beforehand) and the Hops Suneli seasoning. Cook under the lid for a few minutes.
3. After a few minutes, turn the omelet to the other side. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and cottage cheese.
