There's probably no simpler breakfast than an omelet, which doesn't take much time or ingredients. And if you want to diversify the already familiar dish a bit, add spinach and a little cottage cheese to it.

Food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv) shared a recipe for an omelet with spinach and cottage cheese on her Instagram page.

Recipe for a new kind of omelet with spinach and cottage cheese

Ingredients:

  • spinach leaves – 15 pcs
  • eggs – 4 pcs
  • Parmesan cheese – 15 g
  • cottage cheese – 1 tbsp
  • seasoning "Hops Suneli"
  • oil for frying (Ghee in the recipe)
How to make a delicious omelet for breakfast

Method of preparation:

1. First, you need to sauté the spinach with Ghee oil. It takes about 3-4 minutes.

2. Then add the eggs to the spinach (no need to beat them beforehand) and the Hops Suneli seasoning. Cook under the lid for a few minutes.

3. After a few minutes, turn the omelet to the other side. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and cottage cheese.
