How to make a crispy meringue from three ingredients at home: Dasha Yevtukh shares her recipe
One of the most capricious desserts is meringue. Often it does not turn out well the first time due to incorrect proportions of the base and improperly whipped proteins.
Blogger Dasha Yevtukh shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, crispy meringue made from just three ingredients that will always turn out well.
Cooking tip: to make meringue perfect and delicious, make it with Swiss meringue!
Ingredients:
- egg whites - 100 g
- sugar - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- water
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan and warm it well without bringing it to a boil.
2. In a separate bowl, measure out 100 g of egg whites, 100 g of sugar and 100 g of breadcrumbs.
3. Put the bowl on a steam bath and mix everything well so that the sugar dissolves and there are no grains.
4. Next, remove the bowl and beat the whites well with a mixer, the meringue should be airy.
5. Put it in a pastry bag and squeeze it out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Then put it in an oven preheated to 90°C to dry.
