- Shortbread cookies – 300 g
- Butter – 180 g
Method of preparation:
- Grind the cookies in a blender.
- Add the butter and mix until smooth.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment. Distribute the cookies. Tamp them down with a glass.
- Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until hardened.
