Ingredients:
- sugar or substitute - 6 tsp.
- milk - 3 cups
- oatmeal + corn (or regular) flour - 300 g
- cocoa - 2-3 tbsp.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- refined olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch
- soft cottage cheese 0-5% - 400 g (if you assemble the cake)

Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar or a substitute. To prepare the dough, it is best to use a blender to avoid lumps.
2. Pour a glass of milk into the mixture and whisk. Add the flour and make the mass homogeneous. Continue whisking and gradually pour the remaining milk into the dough. Add cocoa and butter at the end. The dough should be quite liquid.
