How to make a clear soup with meat: a recipe with seasonal vegetables
A dish like soup is relevant at any time of the year. But its ingredients still depend on the season. In summer, you can add a variety of fresh vegetables to the broth, making the dish very healthy, nutritious, and tasty.
The idea of making a healthy vegetable soup was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina (polli_cooking).
Ingredients:
- chicken thigh fillet – 2 pcs.
- zucchini – 1 pc
- cauliflower florets – 1 pc
- carrot
- potatoes – 2 pcs
- salt and bay leaf
Method of preparation:
1. Put the fillet in a saucepan, boil for 15 minutes, and drain the first broth.
2. Cover the meat with water, then add potatoes and carrots.
3. Cook for another 10 minutes and remove the meat.
4. Add the zucchini, then the cauliflower in 5 minutes.
5. Add salt and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
6. Separate the meat into fibers and add it when serving or immediately to the pan.
