A favorite treat of many is a delicious dessert with a bitter coffee flavor and delicate cream – Tiramisu. There are many recipes for this dish, among which everyone will definitely find their own, but the classic one remains unchanged.
On Instagram, chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shares a recipe for a classic dessert that is very easy to prepare and will be a great option for a treat, both for a holiday and for daily tea drinking.
Ingredients:
- Savoyardi - 400 g
- Favorite liqueur - 30 g
- Egg yolks - 5 pcs.
- Sugar - 125 g
- Cream 30% - 400 g
- Mascarpone cheese - 425 g
- Brewed coffee - 300 g
- Cocoa powder for decoration
- Vanilla extract
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it dissolves well.
2. Whip the cream.
3. Add the mascarpone, whipped cream, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
4. Mix the prepared coffee with the liqueur.
5. Soak the savoyardi in coffee for 2-3 seconds and put it in the mold, spread the cream generously on top of the cookies, then a layer of savoyardi and the last layer of cream.
6. Sprinkle with cocoa, but you can also do it before serving.
7. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
