Ingredients:

  • romaine leaves
  • boiled quail eggs - 3 pcs.
  • cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • rosemary - 2 sprigs
  • butter - 15 g
  • bread
  • parmesan cheese

For the sauce:

  • egg yolk - 2 pcs.
  • mustard in grains - 2 tsp.
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • Parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • anchovies - 7 pcs.
  • garlic - 3 cloves

Method of preparation:

1. To begin, prepare the sauce. Beat the egg yolks with mustard.

2. Gradually add olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan and lemon juice.

3. Chop the anchovies and garlic. Add to the sauce.

4. Next, cut the bread into small pieces and fry with grated Parmesan cheese.

5. In a bowl, mix some breadcrumbs, romaine leaves, and a little sauce.

6. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry with rosemary and garlic. Brush the meat with the sauce.

7. Form the salad. Put the breadcrumbs with leaves, chopped tomatoes, eggs, and soaked chicken fillet on a plate.

8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
