- You can also use alcoholic beverages or fermented milk products. It all depends on the recipe.
- Beat the batter thoroughly until smooth. This will make it soft and fluffy.

- cauliflower – 2/3
- eggs – 2 pcs
- milk – 3 tbsp
- flour – 4.5 tbsp

- frying oil – 200 ml
How to cook
- Disassemble the cabbage into florets and boil in salted water – 4 minutes from boiling.
- Take it out and let it cool.
- For the batter, shake the eggs with spices – 1/2 tsp each of salt, paprika, and dry garlic. If the garlic is fresh, grate 1 clove.
- Add sour cream, milk, and shake again.
- Add flour and knead the batter.
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan or cauldron and heat.
- Dip the boiled cabbage into the batter, remove it with a fork, and fry until golden brown.
- Put the cooked cabbage on a napkin to drain the excess oil.
