How to knead the dough so that it rises accurately: life hack
For many housewives, making soft and fluffy yeast pastries is a rather difficult task. Some people experiment with different ingredients and their proportions, and a special kneading technique. But in reality, everything is much simpler.
Food blogger Mariia Zolotova shared some simple secrets of making beautiful and fluffy pastries on her Facebook page.
What you need to do before you start baking
Before mixing the yeast dough, all the ingredients need to be heated. Milk, eggs, or butter should be left at room temperature for 30 minutes. Only after completing all these steps can you knead the dough – it will rise very quickly and will be fluffy.
