How to fry syrnyky so that they do not fall apart and are golden
Syrnyky are quite a difficult dish, with which there are often problems. They can fall apart or burn right in the pan. Therefore, in order for the products to turn out perfect, you need to know a few simple rules.
The idea of cooking delicious and successful syrnyky is published on the page of foodblogger Vasyl (vaselloo) on Instagram. The even shape of products can be made with the help of several knives.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400 g (9% fat content)
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 3 tbsp (for breading)
- sugar - 3 tbsp. (if you do not want them to be too sweet, add 2 tbsp)
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp (for frying)
- butter - 20 g (for frying)
- salt - 1 pinch
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. First, using gauze, strain the whey from cottage cheese.
2. Transfer the resulting mixture into a small glass bowl.
3. Add a pinch of salt, eggs and two kinds of sugar.
4. Stir with a fork.
5. Moisten your hands with a little oil and roll the mixture into small balls 3-4 cm in diameter.
6. Sprinkle the table with flour, flatten the balls with your hands to make nice small syrnyky or use 2 knives.
7. Heat a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp vegetable oil, add 1 tbsp butter and fry on medium heat. The pan should be well heated. Do not turn down the heat while frying - this will give a perfect crust.
8. Fry the syrnyky on each side for 2-3 minutes. It may take a little more or less time.
9. Transfer to serving plates, add the sauce, seasonal fruit and grated chocolate.
