How to fry sardines without odor: a very simple method

Sardine is a budget fish that can be cooked very easily. Traditionally, it is fried in a frying pan. And in order that the fish does not have an unpleasant odor, you should choose successful spices and breading.

Ingredients:

  • sardines - 1 kg
  • salt

Breading:

  • corn flour - 1\2 tbsp.
  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • fish seasoning

Preparation method:

1. Clean sardines from the head and insides. Rinse and dry.

2. Salt the fish.

3. For breading, mix two types of flour and spices.

4. Coat the fish in breading and fry over medium heat.
