For example, TV chef Michael Simon shared some useful tips on TikTok that will help you never suffer from a broken yolk or overcooked breakfast.
The expert says that you should use a non-stick frying pan, which you heat well before you start cooking. Next, put a small piece of unsweetened butter in the pan and wait until it is completely melted.
If you often crack eggs and find shells left in them, you should first crack them into a separate container, take out anything you don't want, and then pour them into the pan. This will ensure the integrity of the yolk more than if you were to get rid of the shells directly in the pan while cooking the egg.
When the egg is already in the pan with the yolk facing up, you can leave it there if you want a runny center. If you're used to frying eggs on both sides, the expert says you don't need to do this. It is enough to pour the yolk with oil from the frying pan and wait a short period of time.
