How to fry fish deliciously: a method for hake and pollock
If you want to cook fish deliciously, the best option is to fry it in batter in a pan. This way it is juicy, has a crispy crust, and goes well with any side dish. Pollock or hake are especially tasty this way.
Food blogger Liliia with the nickname lileklilek2 shared a recipe for fried fish in batter on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- frozen fish
- flour
- eggs
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the fish, wash and remove the fins.
2. If the fish is not too large, it can be fried whole. If it is large, you can cut it into portions.
3. Season the fish with salt on both sides.
4. Then roll in flour first, then in egg.
5. Fry the fish on all sides until golden brown.
6. If desired, fry the fish with onions.
Fried fish tastes best with mashed potatoes.
