How to fry cutlets in a frying pan without oil: a simple life hack
One of the easiest and most satisfying meat dishes to prepare is cutlets. They are made from different meats, adding spices, garlic, and onions, as well as lean buckwheat, vegetables, and legumes. It's worth noting that this dish is not unhealthy – fried, it can be steamed or cooked in the oven.
On Instagram, cook Kateryna Mull shared a recipe for delicious cutlets that are very easy to cook without a drop of oil – on parchment.
Ingredients:
- minced meat – 500 g
- mozzarella – 100 g
- salt, pepper – a pinch
- parchment
Method of preparation:
1. Add the spices to the minced meat, and mix well.
2. Form cutlets with your hands and put a slice of cheese inside each one.
3. Heat a frying pan, place the cutlets on the parchment and the parchment on the pan, and fry them over medium heat, on each side until cooked.
Serve the cutlets hot, with fresh vegetables or herbs, it will be delicious!
