Capelin is a budget fish that can be cooked deliciously and quickly. One way is to fry it in a batter, which interrupts the specific smell of capelin very well.

Ingredients:
- capelin
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Clean, wash and dry the capelin with paper towels.
2. For the batter, mix the egg, flour, salt and pepper. If the batter is too thick, add a little water.
3. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Then roll each fish in batter and fry on both sides until golden brown.
