How to freeze rhubarb for the winter: an easy life hack
Rhubarb is a special kind of vegetable that has a tart flavor and crunchy texture. Its season is in early spring and can last until early summer. During this period, rhubarb becomes the main ingredient in many dishes, such as pies, muffins, and savory salads. In addition, rhubarb can even be frozen for the winter.
The method for freezing and storing rhubarb is described in the osio.organic blog on Instagram.
Preparing rhubarb for freezing:
1. Wash and dry the rhubarb well.
