How to freeze plums for the winter in an unusual way: perfect for baking
In addition to traditional preservation, plums can be frozen in the freezer. This method of preparation is the most popular because of its simplicity and availability. You can freeze the fruit on its own or in syrup. Plums are quite sweet, and it is also convenient to add them to baked goods in this form.

Ingredients:
- plums - 400 g
- sugar - 1 glass
- water - 1\2 glass
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to prepare the syrup. To do this, mix water, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes. Cool.
2. Pit the plums. They can be left in halves or cut into smaller pieces.
3. Put the plums in a container.
4. Pour over the syrup.
5. Put the plums in the refrigerator overnight to soak in the syrup. After that, put them in the freezer.
