Depending on what you plan to prepare, freeze apricots, peaches, and plums in halves or quarters.
Freezing in quarters
1. Take a baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper, as the fruit will not stick to it during the freezing process, and place the pieces at least 2 cm apart.
2. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
3. Then remove and transfer to airtight bags.
4. In winter, you can make apricot jam and baked peaches with cottage cheese, which are good for breakfast.
Puree
Peaches, apricots, and plums are usually sweet, so they don't require any extra sugar.
The technology of freezing puree
1. Blend each fruit separately in the bowl of a blender until puree and then pour into silicone muffin cups.
2. Use paper cups if desired.
3. Put in the freezer until completely frozen, then remove, remove from the molds and transfer to airtight bags.
4. Use the frozen fruit puree to add to desserts, and make jam or sauce for meat and fish dishes. Plum tkemali sauce and bird's milk cake with apricot sauce will be useful.
