How to easily check if the chicken is cooked and not raw inside: a quick trick
Chicken is one of the most popular types of meat, which is commonly cooked as a main dish. It is very important that this product is cooked completely and not raw inside.
Not everyone knows how to make sure that chicken ready. That's why the Mirror decided to get to the bottom of this issue.
The best and easiest way to see if the chicken is cooked is, of course, to use a thermometer. By measuring the temperature of the chicken inside, you can never go wrong about how cooked it is. Anything less than 74 degrees on the thermometer indicates that the dish should be cooked more.
You can also check the color of the juice. To do this, make a cut in the middle of the chicken and see what kind of juice flows out of it. If its color is clear, the chicken is ready. You can also check the color of the outside or cut the chicken to see if it is white in the center. However, you should not rely on these methods because harmful bacteria can remain even if the juice is clear or the chicken looks cooked.
