How to dry mushrooms in the oven
Wash, dry, and peel the mushrooms. Cut them into slices, and spread them on a baking sheet, covered with parchment, in a single layer. Set the minimum temperature (60 to 80 degrees), leave the door ajar and dry the mushrooms for 4-6 hours. If there are a lot of them, use several baking sheets and swap them out during the drying process!
How to dry mushrooms in sunlight
Slice the mushrooms, thread them and hang on the sunny side. You can also spread them out on paper or a baking sheet and place them near a window. The mushrooms must be blown by the wind. Under ideal conditions, they will dry in 3-4 days!
