How to deliciously pickle champignons for the winter: an appetizer option for any occasion
Pickled mushrooms are a great appetizer for any occasion. You can always open a jar and serve it at a festive table or just with porridge for lunch or dinner. The marinade is very simple, so you can do it very quickly.
The idea of cooking pickled champignons for the winter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena with the nickname olena mykolaivna56. The mushrooms are very spicy.
Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 1 kg.
- water - 1 liter
- salt - 60 g or 2 tbsp with a slide
- sugar - 40 g or 2 tbsp with a slide
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- vinegar 9% - 7 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms, but do not peel them.
2. Pour water into a saucepan to boil.
3. Add all the components.
4. Put the mushrooms in the same place.
5. Boil for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.
6. Put into sterilized jars.
7. Screw or roll up with sterilized lids.
8. Then open, add garlic and dill.
