How to deliciously fry whole potatoes: it turns out very crispy and golden
Everyone traditionally cooks jacket potatoes for salads or eats them with herring. But they can also be deliciously fried. The vegetable is crispy and spicy. It is especially tasty if you add a spicy garlic sauce.
The idea of cooking whole-fried potatoes was published on Olha Holovina's Instagram page (olha.holovina).
Ingredients:
- small potatoes
- oil
- salt
- garlic
- water
Method of preparation:
1. Wash small potatoes well and cook until tender.
2. Peel off the skin, and pour oil into the frying pan to cover the potatoes up to half.
3. Put the peeled potatoes and fry over high heat until crispy on both sides.
4. Prepare the straw: squeeze the garlic, dilute it with oil, water, and salt.
5. Pour the straw over the hot potatoes.
