How to deliciously close tomatoes in halves for the winter: a very simple marinade

The idea of cooking tomatoes in halves for the winter was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname mykitchen.in.ua. You can sterilize the jars in any convenient way.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes 5-6 kg
For each jar 1.5 liters:
- onion - 1 pc (large)
- dill umbrella
- a sprig of parsley
- bay leaf - 1 pc.
- allspice - 3 pcs.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- oil - 3-4 tbsp.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- water - 3.5 liters.
- sugar - 500 g
- salt - 100 g
- vinegar - 370 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
2. Cut the onion into half rings.
3. Wash the greens well under running water.
4. Put an umbrella of dill, a sprig of parsley, garlic, peppercorns, and a bay leaf in each jar.
5. Then layer the tomato halves and onions.
6. Pour the oil on top.
7. For the marinade, add sugar and salt to the water.
8. Put it on the fire. When it boils, add vinegar.
9. Boil for a few seconds and immediately pour the hot marinade over the tomatoes in the jars.
10. Sterilize in a way convenient for you for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.
