  • garlic - 150 g
  • salt
  • sweet pepper - 1 kg.
  • hot pepper - 3-4 pcs.
  • vinegar - 250 ml.
  • frying oil

Method of preparation:

1. cut eggplant into slices or circles.

2. Salt and leave to rest for 5-6 hours.

3. Make the marinade: Grind garlic and pepper in a meat grinder.

4. Add vinegar.

5. Pan fry eggplant on all sides.

6. Dip in marinade and put into jars and cover with lids.

7. Wrap in a blanket nv day.
