How to deliciously pickle peppers with sauce: the best recipe for a spicy dish
Pepper is a very tasty and juicy vegetable that is ideal for making salads and sauces. It is also canned, pickled, and cooked with sauces.
Cook Tamara shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious canned peppers with tomato, which you can easily prepare in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Sweet peppers - 2.5 kg
- Water - 200 ml
- Sunflower oil - 200 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 300 g
- Salt - 2 tbsp.
- Tomato - 230 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the peppers and cut them into strips.
2. Sauce: combine water, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, tomato and mix.
3. Pour the pepper into the pan, and add the sauce.
4. Put on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.
5. Pour the prepared peppers into sterile jars and roll them up.
