How to defrost meat in 10 minutes: sharing a simple life hack
Even if you have meat in the freezer, you won't be able to cook something with it right away because it's frozen. It takes a lot of time to defrost it. But if you use the following technology, you can do it in just 10 minutes.
Food blogger Oleksandra Choriy (s.chorij) shared her method of defrosting meat in 10 minutes on Instagram. The method is ideal for those moments when you need to quickly prepare something for guests.
What you need for this method:
- vinegar
- salt
How to defrost:
1. Pour tap water into a deep plate.
2. Pour in 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of salt.
4. Mix well.
5. Put the meat (in a bag) into this solution.
6. Cover the top with something heavy.
7. After 10 minutes, the meat will be completely tender.
