How to cook zucchini to make them low-fat: with cheese and tomatoes

Zucchini can already be found in markets or stores. The vegetable is very juicy and cooks quickly, so it is definitely worth adding to your diet. The simplest technique is frying. But to make the dish moderately fatty, it can be made in the oven.

The idea of cooking zucchini in batter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ksenia Radostina (radostina_ksenia). The mayonnaise sauce with garlic goes very well with all the ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • salt

Ingredients for the batter:

  • eggs - 1 pc
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • water - 50 ml
  • salt

Ingredients for the spread:

  • mayonnaise - 7 tbsp.
  • ground pepper
  • garlic

Additional ingredients:

  • tomato - 1 pc
  • cheese - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the ingredients for the batter.

2. Cut the zucchini into slices.

3. Fry in a small amount of oil.

4. Cut the zucchini into slices.

5. Dip in batter and fry.

6. Put on a baking sheet.

7. Spread the spread on top of the tomatoes and cheese.

8. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
