How to cook zucchini deliciously in 20 minutes: salad and appetizer at the same time

It is quite possible to prepare a hearty zucchini dish in just 20 minutes. And pickled zucchini is the perfect option for this. All you need to do is mix the vegetable with spices and leave it to marinate in the refrigerator. Then you can eat it on its own with bread, serve it with cereal or pasta, or, if you have guests at the door, serve it on a festive table.

Popular chef Serhii Pokanevych shared a recipe for pickled zucchini in 20 minutes on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini –1 pc
  • curry – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – a pinch
  • lemongrass – 1 tsp
  • sugar – 2 tsp.
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • chili pepper – to taste
  • parsley – optional

Method of preparation:

1. Zucchini cut into slices.

2. Put the zucchini in a bag. Add all the spices and oil. Mix well.

3. Put the vegetables in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After that, you can serve it to the table.
